JOURNAL TOPIC:
When we left off reading together, Lady Macbeth was persuading Macbeth to kill the king.  How did she do it?  People persuade each other in all sorts of ways.  Describe a time that someone persuaded/manipulated/bullied/cajoled/seduced*/pressured/guilted/[?] into doing something that you initially thought was a bad idea?

[*Be mindful about what you share, your audience is a mandated reporter.]

AGENDA:
1. Journal
2. Check-in: where are we?
3. Macbeth

POST:
What is so persuasive about persuasion?  How is it that some people seem to manage to get their way?  How did you come to believe what you believe?  (title: I'M SOLD)
